In several Italian and Spanish websites there is an information that at the begining of year 2010 BMW is going to start to take a part in a scooters market. And not only with one model, but several models at once. They are talking about big scooters with engine capacity 500, 650 and 800 cubic centimetres. It is planned that Rotax make engines will be used for them. These engines will be provided to BMW by Canadian concern Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). Same motorcycle manufacter this information meanwhile nor confimrs nor denies.

Nowadays BMW M series have became quite big and it is expanding. M3 is available in coupe, cabriolet and sedan, BMW M5 as a sedan and universal, but M6 coupe and cabriolet. And also there is two Z4 M models. But if we take back to 80ties we can see that models of BMW M type where not so much. But we can’t say that BMW engineers and designers have did nothing because they made a BMW M5 cabriolet prototype which almost where started to produce, but at the last moment the producing was canceled. The Nissan company have started a work with new safety system that wil help to avoid from accidents.

This concpet is called Safety shield and it includes also another new system from Nissan - Eco Pedal.

In both car’s sides and in the rear are built-in sensors that will define if there is a risk to injure another vehicle. In a second after sensors have noticed that there is a possibility to have an accident, the car with a sound and light in a control panel gives you a signal about danger. Also it in a moment stops your car.

Meanwhile we don’t know when this safety system will apear on new Nissan cars but experts predicts that in the near future Nissan could be in the safiest cars top.

Car tuning company AC Schnitzer have presented a new and improved BMW X5 version. The BMW X5 modification is called Falcon. BMW X Falcon performs 310 horsepowers and have fitted with wider body kit.
